Assistant Water Superintendent – Ambler Borough

WATER DEPT. ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT – AMBLER BOROUGH:
Position involves working with work crews in the maintenance and repair of the water system, including: pipelines and pumping equipment, buildings, property, wells, hydrants, and reservoir for this water system serving 20,000 persons. Applicants must possess PA DEP Class B Water Operator’s License with Subclasses 2, 7, 8, 10 and 11. 24/7 on call response required for emergencies. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervision and technical operation & compliance for a water distribution system. Computer literacy required. Must be high school graduate or have GED/Vo-Tech school credentials. Valid PA Operator’s license required. Starting salary $41-$46/Hour, DOQ, EOE.
