Jeff McKenzie started in the Water/ Wastewater industry installing collection systems, and “on lot” waste systems in 1989. From 1991 to 2021, Jeff was a Water Treatment Plant and Distribution Operator for a .275 MGD water system. In 2012, he took the responsibility role for a 2 MGD Waste System that included a collection system and a lagoon treatment system. Jeff also did consulting on the side for small water systems in Cambria, Somerset, and Bedford counties. Presently, Jeff is the Lead Operator for a 7 MGD Water Plant in Cumberland County and takes care of the NPDES monitoring for the same water plant.
