Robert Betts

Robert Betts is the Assistant General Manager at Upper Allegheny Joint Sanitary Authority. Beginning his experience as a general laborer in the wastewater field he obtained a CDL license which enabled him to perform sewer line cleaning and tank maintenance. After gathering a few years’ experience in maintenance, he began studying for his operator license. Several years of treatment plant operations and laboratory testing led to the achievement of his Class A wastewater, collection system and Laboratory Supervisor license. After promotion to management, Robert began his role as an educator.
